ABOUT ME

I have been training leaders, coaching teams and coaching individuals to great success for over 14 years. After an initial challenging first coaching season, I realized that leading wasn’t about the x’s and o’s, but about creating cohesive teams, motivating effectively, and ultimately finding the fun in working hard. Having hit my own leadership rock-bottom, I became obsessed with leading great teams and finding the best motivational strategies. 

 

With a Masters in Education in Guidance Counseling and a Coaching for Transformation certificate from Leadership That Works, I bring a compassionate, wholistic approach to my clients. I have also strategically partnered with organizations like Proactive Coaching and Stewart Leadership to bring the best material to my clients and teams.

 

When I’m not living out this dream of coaching teams and individuals, I am spending time with my husband and our golden doodle in the  Seattle area, chasing marathon PR’s, reading leadership books, relaxing in the San Juan Islands, and spending time with family.
